  1. What time does the tour start?


    The tour time will vary according to your cruise ship arrival. This information will accompany your confirmation Email.
  2. How far in advance should I book a tour?


    Your reservation is guaranteed when booked in advanced. Our popular tours sell out fast!!
  3. Can I make changes to my reservation?


    Yes. Changes to your reservation can be made in advance to ensure proper planning.
  4. Is there a deposit require?


    NO! There is no deposit required!!! Your request is your bond.
  5. Where do we meet for our tour?


    On the cruise ship pier (You will receive a confirmation Email with details of how we meet and the time of your tour.)
  6. Will It be the same cost for Hotel tours?


    Yes. Hotels within the 5mile radius of Ocho Rios will attract the same rate.
    NB** For properties outside this perimeter, there is a nominal fee for pick up and drop off.
  7. Will I get back to the ship on time?


    Yes. All tours are customized and synchronized with the cruise ship excursions to ensure proper time management. Tour ends at the cruise ship pier with comfortable allowance to browse and enjoy the local shopping area.
  8. When can I consider my reservation confirmed?


    Reservation confirmation is sent in the form of an Email within 24 hours of you submitting a request form.
  9. What is the minimum number of persons required for a tour?


    A minimum of 2 persons are required for all listed tours.

  10. What payment methods do you accept?


    All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars. Payments are made in cash or traveller's check.
  11. Is lunch includes in the tour package?


    Lunch is optional and is at an additional cost.
  12. Are the attraction fees included in the tour?


    Yes. The price quoted includes admission fees and the total tour package.
  13. Not receiving Email response?


    Please ensure that you have entered the correct Email information. Also check you spam block filter. A telephone number accompanying your reservation request would be of assistance, especially under these circumstances.
  14. Can I prepay for this tour as a gift?


    You are able to pay in advance using our PayPal account. No problem Mon.
  15. Is there a tipping policy?


    Tour guide gratuity is at the Customer’s discretion and is not included in the tour package.
